Chi

The Chinese  medicine views the individual being as one interconnected  and inseparable  whole of body mind and spirit.

Chi is the life force energy that powers the machine if the body.

Chi is the human equivalent of the electricity

that makes a television work. Without electricity the television  set becomes merely  a box with silicon cisco and wiring.

 

Chi Gung is the ancient science that imparts how individuals can through their own efforts balance and strengthen  their own chi.

 

There are five  major branches of Chi  Gung in China:Taoist, Buddhist, medical, martial arts and Confucian.

The original Chi Gung was Taoist. Which is the source of all others.

Taoist Chi Gung  emphasizes cultivating physical vitality and developing a spirit  of consciousness through  meditation.

Medical  Chi Gung  utilize  chi to cure diseases . Relieve pain, heal injuries, and maintaining ongoing  wellness .

How to practice? All stretches must be done to 70% of capacity . Chi Gung  does not built dynamic muscles  rather it uses breathing stretching movement and visualization  to develop chi.a  strong functioning  body and a calm relaxed mind.

Through practice the joints, internal  organs and glands are strengthen.
